Awesome product. There was a small problem with the first shipment (not the fault of Drawscape) and if it wasn’t a gift for a 50+ year flight attendant, I wouldn’t have asked for another, but they made it right and got it to us in time for Christmas.
ordered 4 Alfa Romeo model prints and they turned out great and the quality and craftsmanship was top notch. The one thing that clearly stood out was the great care and diligence Russ provided from beginning to end of the process. Definitely cares a lot for the client experience and the quality of his work. I requested a new design, AMC I6 4.0. After requesting the design Russel reached out and confirmed some details and came back with design for me to approve. After approval it was made, shipped, and I received it. The drawing turned out great and I'm already thinking of the next one I'll order.
Had an idea for an airport that was not currently offered on their website. I appreciated that the team responded very quickly. They offered an initial draft, and solicited comments before proceeding to production. I honestly wish that more companies were as customer focused as Drawscape.
